Description

Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza is a fast and flavorful meal with a Mediterranean twist. Naan bread serves as the base for juicy chicken, fresh veggies, crumbled feta, and a creamy homemade tzatziki sauce—perfect for lunch, dinner, or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
  • Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush naan with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisped.
  2. Mix tzatziki sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate to chill and blend flavors.
  3. Toss cooked chicken with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional oregano.
  4. Remove naan from oven and top with chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta.
  5. Return to oven for 5 minutes until toppings are warmed and cheese is slightly melted.
  6. Drizzle with chilled tzatziki sauce and top with diced cucumber and fresh herbs before slicing and serving.
