Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber (for topping)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
- Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely grated cucumber, squeezed dry
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill or mint, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush naan with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisped.
- Mix tzatziki sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate to chill and blend flavors.
- Toss cooked chicken with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional oregano.
- Remove naan from oven and top with chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until toppings are warmed and cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle with chilled tzatziki sauce and top with diced cucumber and fresh herbs before slicing and serving.
