Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

  6. Scoop dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Press gently with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
