Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz noodles (ramen, lo mein, spaghetti, or rice noodles)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- ¼ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce or oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: red pepper flakes or chili oil for heat
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
