Description

This Strawberry Dole Whip is a creamy, fruity frozen treat made with real strawberries and a splash of pineapple juice. Dairy-free, naturally sweet, and ready in minutes, this homemade Dole Whip recipe is perfect for hot days, light desserts, or a healthy snack that feels like a soft-serve indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, almond milk, or other non-dairy milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, lemon juice (if using), and sweetener to a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding non-dairy milk as needed to reach a soft-serve texture.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

  4. Serve immediately for a soft texture, or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer consistency.

  5. (Optional) To pipe into bowls or cones, freeze the mixture for 30 minutes, then use a piping bag with a star tip.

Notes

  • Add frozen banana for extra creaminess.
  • Swap in frozen pineapple chunks for more tropical flavor.
  • Skip milk for an icy, refreshing texture using just juice.
  • Add vanilla protein powder for a post-workout treat.
  • For the best texture, use fully frozen fruit and avoid over-blending.
