Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into chunks
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Optional: Sear beef in a skillet with a bit of butter to enhance flavor.
- Transfer beef to the slow cooker. Add halved baby potatoes, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour melted butter over the ingredients and gently stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.
