Description

Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes is a savory, one-pot comfort meal featuring tender beef chunks and hearty potatoes slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for cozy dinners with minimal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into chunks
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Optional: Sear beef in a skillet with a bit of butter to enhance flavor.
  3. Transfer beef to the slow cooker. Add halved baby potatoes, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour melted butter over the ingredients and gently stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.

Notes

  • Searing beef adds flavor but is not required for tender results.
