Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 to 2 lbs frozen or cooked homemade meatballs
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup (condensed or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place meatballs into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together French onion soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
