Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning with mayonnaise (or sour cream) and olive oil (or butter) until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the ranch mixture evenly over each piece.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internal temperature.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
