Description

Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce is a rich, savory sauce made with garlic, lemon, and spices. It’s perfect for enhancing the flavor of crab, shrimp, lobster, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté gently for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer the sauce on low heat for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley, if desired.
  6. Serve warm in small bowls for dipping.
