Ingredients
- Ground beef (85/15 preferred)
- Russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced small
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic, minced

- Fresh or dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook potatoes: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden brown.
- Add beef and onions: Push potatoes to one side of the pan. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft.
- Season: Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix to combine everything and coat the potatoes with flavor.
- Finish: Continue cooking for 3–5 minutes until everything is crispy and well mixed.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
