Ingredients
- 8 oz steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), thinly sliced
- 6 oz noodles (ramen, egg noodles, or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Season steak slices with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak until browned and just cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Mix to form a glossy sauce.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated in sauce.
- Return steak to the pan, mix everything together, and heat through for a minute.
- Top with green onions and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
