Description

Savory Garlic Butter Steak Noodles in a Flash is a quick and comforting dish featuring tender steak slices, rich garlic butter sauce, and noodles all tossed together for a satisfying one-pan meal ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), thinly sliced
  • 6 oz noodles (ramen, egg noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak slices with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak until browned and just cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Mix to form a glossy sauce.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated in sauce.
  7. Return steak to the pan, mix everything together, and heat through for a minute.
  8. Top with green onions and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use rice noodles or udon for a texture change.
  • Add bell peppers or snap peas for extra veggies.
  • Substitute hoisin sauce for oyster sauce if needed.
  • Try grilled chicken or tofu as an alternative protein.
