Description

Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are a portable, satisfying breakfast option featuring scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese wrapped in buttery crescent dough. They’re quick, easy, and perfect for busy mornings or make-ahead meals.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 4 cheese slices)
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a non-stick skillet until just set.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Place sausage, eggs, and cheese on each triangle. Roll from wide end to point, tucking filling inside.
  6. Place on baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
