Ingredients
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 4 cheese slices)
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain and set aside.
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a non-stick skillet until just set.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place sausage, eggs, and cheese on each triangle. Roll from wide end to point, tucking filling inside.
- Place on baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
