Description

Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread is a rich, moist loaf combining ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and chopped Reese’s candy. Perfectly sweet and nutty, it’s a decadent twist on classic banana bread.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Whisk in melted butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in most of the chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with reserved Reese’s and chips.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Swirl extra peanut butter on top before baking for added flair.
  • Use chunky peanut butter for added texture.
  • Use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend for a gluten-free version.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
