Description

Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad is a no-bake, creamy dessert made with fresh strawberries, blueberries, mini marshmallows, and a fluffy cheesecake-style filling. It’s festive, fruity, and perfect for patriotic holidays and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows. Fold in carefully to keep berries intact.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add raspberries or blackberries for variety.
  • Use flavored cream cheese for a fun twist.
  • Lighten it with reduced-fat ingredients.
  • Top with crushed graham crackers or nuts for crunch just before serving.
