Description

This Quick and Easy No-Knead Bread delivers a crusty, artisan-style loaf with minimal effort—perfect for beginners or busy days when you still crave homemade goodness.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Pour in warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let rise at room temperature for 8 to 12 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface, shape into a ball, and let rest for about 30 minutes while the pot heats.
  6. Carefully place dough into the hot pot, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until crust is deep golden brown.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
