Description

This Quick and Easy 10-Minute Bread is a soft, fluffy flatbread made in minutes with no yeast or rising time—perfect for wraps, dipping, or serving warm with any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ cup water or milk
  • Optional add-ins:
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, Italian seasoning)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flourbaking powder, and salt.

  2. Add olive oil and water (or milk) and stir until a soft dough forms.

  3. Divide the dough into 4–6 equal pieces and roll each one into a thin circle or oval using a rolling pin or your hands.

  4. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.

  5. Cook each piece for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden spots appear and the bread puffs slightly.

  6. Optional: brush with melted butter or sprinkle with extra herbs before serving.

  • Use milk instead of water for a softer texture.
