Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
- 1 tsp yellow mustard (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned and the onion is soft.

Season with salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard if using. Stir to combine, then spread the beef mixture evenly in the pie dish.
