Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

- Let cookies cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
