Description

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (optional for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil.
