Ingredients

- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats until well combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, if using.
- Use a spoon or small scoop to form bite-sized balls. Roll between palms to shape.
