Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • For the topping:
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish. Chill while making the filling.
