Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Butter or oil, for greasing baking dish
- Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
