Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease and flour a large bundt or tube pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in sweetened condensed milk until incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.

- Bake for 75–90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
