Description

Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake is a light, fluffy, and tropical dessert made with cake mix, crushed pineapple, and a creamy whipped topping—perfect for warm weather and easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water or pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and water or pineapple juice until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
  6. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Add the pudding mix and milk, then beat until thick and creamy.
  8. Fold in Cool Whip to create a light, fluffy topping.
  9. Spread the topping evenly over the cooled cake.
  10. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
