Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef (80/20 for best juiciness)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting buns)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo
Instructions
