Irresistible Big Mac Sliders are mini burgers packed with all the classic flavors of a Big Mac—beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tangy sauce—baked on soft slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices American cheese, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 12 dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish or sheet.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill.
- Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact. Place bottoms in the baking dish.
- Layer beef, cheese slices, onion, pickles, and lettuce over the bottom buns.
- Drizzle or spread Big Mac sauce over toppings, then cover with top buns.
- Brush buns with melted butter and cover with foil.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top buns before baking for an authentic look.
