Description

Irresistible Big Mac Sliders are mini burgers packed with all the classic flavors of a Big Mac—beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tangy sauce—baked on soft slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish or sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill.
  4. Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact. Place bottoms in the baking dish.
  5. Layer beef, cheese slices, onion, pickles, and lettuce over the bottom buns.
  6. Drizzle or spread Big Mac sauce over toppings, then cover with top buns.
  7. Brush buns with melted butter and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
