Description

Peach Lemonade is a bright, fruity beverage made with fresh peaches, lemon juice, and a simple syrup—perfectly sweet, tangy, and refreshing for hot summer days or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water (for syrup)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 45 cups cold water (for dilution)
  • Optional: mint leaves or peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, until peaches are soft and fragrant.
  3. Let the peach mixture cool slightly, then strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and 4–5 cups of cold water.
  5. Stir in the peach syrup and mix well.
  6. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve over ice with optional mint leaves or peach slices for garnish.
