Description

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a rich, gooey fusion of classic brownies and moist chocolate loaf cake. Loaded with chocolate chips and swirls of hot fudge, this ultra-decadent treat delivers intense chocolate flavor in every thick, fudgy slice. It’s the perfect dessert for chocolate lovers—easy to make, deeply satisfying, and unforgettable served warm.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Vegetable oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or chunks
  • Hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with both sugars until smooth. Mix in yogurt, oil, and vanilla.

  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.

  6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle with half the hot fudge, then add remaining batter.

  7. Top with remaining fudge and reserved chocolate chips.

  8. Bake 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  9. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Swirl in peanut butter or almond butter for added richness.
  • Add espresso powder for a deeper chocolate taste.
  • Sprinkle sea salt or crushed peppermint for a seasonal twist.
  • Reheat slices in the microwave for 15 seconds for that gooey texture.
  • Let loaf cool completely before slicing for the cleanest cuts.
