Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Eggs
- Unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla extract
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
- Hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine sugars, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Stir wet ingredients into dry just until combined. Do not overmix.

Spoon half the batter into the pan. Drizzle half the fudge sauce over it. Repeat with remaining batter and fudge, then swirl gently with a knife.
