Ingredients
- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate
- 1–2 tbsp hot cocoa mix (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust.

In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.

Top with mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and a dusting of hot cocoa mix if desired.
