Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
