Description

These Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites are a quick and irresistible way to enjoy salmon. Tender chunks of salmon are seared to golden perfection, then tossed in a sweet, savory, garlicky glaze that’s sticky, buttery, and bold in flavor. Perfect for weeknight dinners, appetizers, or rice bowls—ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season salmon bites with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until glaze thickens slightly.
  • Return salmon to skillet and toss to coat in the glaze.
  • Garnish with parsley or green onion and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra heat, stir in sriracha or your favorite hot sauce.
  • Swap lemon juice for orange juice or zest for a citrus twist.
  • Add steamed veggies like broccoli or bell peppers for a full meal.
  • Serve over jasmine rice, quinoa, or noodles for variety.
  • Use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
