- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sour cream, for topping
- Oil, for brushing or frying tortillas
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, brown the ground meat. Drain excess fat.

-
In a separate pan, warm the refried beans.
-
Brush tortillas lightly with oil and bake or pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
-
Spread a layer of refried beans on one tortilla, top with seasoned meat, then place another crispy tortilla on top.
-
Spread salsa or enchilada sauce over the top tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
-
Bake pizzas for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, olives, green onions, and sour cream.
-
Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, use sautéed veggies, black beans, or extra refried beans instead of meat.
- Add jalapeños, chipotle sauce, or hot sauce for extra spice.
- Use rotisserie chicken tossed in taco seasoning for a quick shortcut.
- For extra crispiness, pre-bake or air-fry tortillas before layering.
