Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a savory twist on the classic salad, featuring juicy grilled shrimp, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a quick, flavorful handheld meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: croutons, lemon wedges, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable, then lay them flat.
  6. Distribute the salad mixture evenly on each tortilla and top with grilled shrimp.
  7. Add optional croutons, tomatoes, or lemon juice if desired.
  8. Roll tortillas tightly like burritos, folding in sides as you go.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • Add sliced avocado or swap kale for romaine for a twist.
  • Use chipotle or cayenne for a spicy version.
  • Low-carb, whole wheat, or lettuce wraps are great alternatives.
  • Drizzle extra dressing inside for a richer flavor.
  • Store shrimp and salad separately to avoid sogginess.
