Description

Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a quick and flavorful dish featuring juicy, grilled chicken paired with a rich Parmesan-garlic cream sauce. It’s a satisfying, protein-packed meal perfect for weeknights or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice if using. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Return grilled chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add white wine, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Use half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Substitute shrimp or pork for the chicken.
  • Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream to keep the sauce smooth.
  • Dairy-free version can be made with coconut cream and nutritional yeast.
