Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice if using. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return grilled chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
