Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced into thin rounds

- 1 tbsp fresh oregano or parsley, chopped

- Optional: 1/2 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber and red onion, and cut feta into uniform blocks.
- On a plate or serving board, start stacking with a base layer of cucumber slices.
- Add a layer of cherry tomatoes and red onion, followed by a slab of feta.
- Repeat the layers to build height, maintaining balance.
- Scatter the olives on top and drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt, and freshly ground pepper before serving.
