Description

Glazed Honey Pineapple Salmon Fillets are sweet, tangy, and oven-baked with a tropical pineapple-honey glaze — a quick, flavorful dish perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pineapple chunks, for garnish
  • Optional: fresh parsley or green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Brush glaze generously over the salmon fillets, reserving some for serving.
  5. Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Spoon remaining glaze over the top and garnish with parsley, green onion, and optional pineapple chunks.

Notes

  • Add lime juice to the glaze for extra brightness.
  • Grill the salmon for a smoky flavor, basting with glaze as it cooks.
  • Top with sesame seeds or macadamia nuts for texture.
  • Reheat gently in the oven or skillet; avoid microwaving.
