Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburgers are juicy, flavor-packed burgers made with seasoned beef, savory garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese, then grilled or pan-seared and served on toasted buns for a bold twist on the classic burger.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayonnaise or aioli
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using), handling gently.
- Shape into 4 patties and press a small dent in the center of each for even cooking.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat and brush lightly with oil.
- Cook burgers 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- While burgers cook, combine softened butter with a pinch of garlic powder and spread on buns.
- Toast buns in a skillet or under the broiler until golden.
- Assemble burgers with buns, patties, and desired toppings. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
- Don’t overmix the meat mixture to keep burgers juicy.
- Toast buns for added flavor and a sturdier burger build.
