Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburgers are juicy, flavor-packed burgers made with seasoned beef, savory garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese, then grilled or pan-seared and served on toasted buns for a bold twist on the classic burger.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayonnaise or aioli

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using), handling gently.
  2. Shape into 4 patties and press a small dent in the center of each for even cooking.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat and brush lightly with oil.
  4. Cook burgers 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. While burgers cook, combine softened butter with a pinch of garlic powder and spread on buns.
  6. Toast buns in a skillet or under the broiler until golden.
