Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin or steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil halved baby potatoes for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef in the skillet until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the potatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
