Description

Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes is a quick and hearty skillet meal featuring tender beef and crispy golden potatoes tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce—perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin or steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil halved baby potatoes for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear beef in the skillet until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the potatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
