Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Spoon pan juices over the chicken before serving.
- Garnish with parsley or lemon wedges if desired.
