Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

- Include red pepper flakes in the butter for a spicy kick.
- Marinate chicken in garlic butter for 30 minutes before baking for deeper flavor.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or salad for a complete meal.
