Description

Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast is a simple, juicy, and flavorful dish where tender chicken is coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and baked to perfection, ideal for an easy weeknight meal or special dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs if using. Set aside.
