Description

This Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing is a vibrant, juicy mix of seasonal fruits tossed in a sweet and zesty glaze. It’s the perfect healthy side dish or snack for brunches, barbecues, and picnics—light, refreshing, and bursting with natural flavor.

Ingredients

  • For the fruit salad:
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 cup orange segments or mandarin slices
  • Optional: banana slices, pomegranate seeds, or apple slices
  • For the honey lime dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or agave/maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds or chopped mint

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice all the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Add poppy seeds or mint if using.

  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.

  4. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

  • For a fall twist, use apples, pears, and dried cranberries.
  • Add toasted coconut or fresh herbs like mint or basil for extra flair.
  • If prepping ahead, store fruit and dressing separately and mix before serving.
  • Swap honey with maple syrup or agave for a vegan-friendly version.
