Flavorful Rotisserie Chicken Wraps are a quick, spicy, and satisfying meal made with tender shredded rotisserie chicken, a zesty garlic sauce, creamy avocado mayo, and fresh toppings. These easy chicken wraps are perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a crave-worthy lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 tbsp sriracha (or preferred hot sauce)
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 avocado
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 large flour tortillas
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickled onions
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix sriracha, vinegar, Worcestershire, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
- Sauté Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Cook Chicken: Pour the spicy sauce into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 3 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Make Avocado Mayo: In a small bowl, mash avocado and mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread avocado mayo on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, spicy chicken mixture, pickled onions, and shredded mozzarella.
- Wrap & Serve: Fold and roll the tortillas into wraps. Slice in half and serve immediately.
