Description

Flavorful Rotisserie Chicken Wraps are a quick, spicy, and satisfying meal made with tender shredded rotisserie chicken, a zesty garlic sauce, creamy avocado mayo, and fresh toppings. These easy chicken wraps are perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a crave-worthy lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (or preferred hot sauce)
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 avocado
  • 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pickled onions
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix sriracha, vinegar, Worcestershire, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
  • Sauté Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Cook Chicken: Pour the spicy sauce into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 3 minutes until well coated and heated through.
  • Make Avocado Mayo: In a small bowl, mash avocado and mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Assemble Wraps: Spread avocado mayo on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, spicy chicken mixture, pickled onions, and shredded mozzarella.
  • Wrap & Serve: Fold and roll the tortillas into wraps. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add sliced bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
  • Substitute mozzarella with pepper jack or cheddar for variety.
  • Use gluten-free tortillas for a GF version.
  • Store chicken filling and avocado mayo separately for meal prep.
