Description

This Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a spicy, savory twist on classic ramen. Juicy seared chicken, a bold garlic cream sauce, and chili heat come together in just 30 minutes for a rich, comforting noodle bowl that’s quick, easy, and restaurant-worthy.

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles (instant, fresh, or protein-packed)
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes or chili paste
  • Salt and pepper

Optional Toppings:

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soft-boiled eggs
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Sear Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside and slice.
  3. Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add a little oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Make Sauce: Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Lower heat and stir in cream, soy sauce, and chili paste. Cook 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese if using.
  6. Cook Noodles: Prepare ramen according to package instructions. Drain.
  7. Combine: Add noodles and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Serve: Serve hot with toppings like green onions, sesame seeds, or a soft-boiled egg.

Notes

  • Use gochujang or chili oil for extra heat.
  • Substitute shrimp, tofu, or mushrooms for a variation.
  • Whole milk or half-and-half works for a lighter version.
  • Gluten-free noodles and tamari can be used for a gluten-free dish.
