Description

Easy Sheet Pan Tortellini and Kielbasa is a quick, flavorful one-pan dinner featuring cheese tortellini, smoky kielbasa, and roasted vegetables, all seasoned and baked to perfection. It’s a hearty, satisfying meal with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into coins
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini or 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 23 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. If using frozen tortellini, boil for 2–3 minutes to soften slightly, then drain. Refrigerated tortellini can be used as-is.
  3. On the sheet pan, spread out tortellini, kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, and optional vegetables.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss everything to coat and spread in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tortellini are golden and kielbasa is sizzling.
  7. Top with Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired before serving.

  • Try turkey or andouille sausage instead of kielbasa.
