Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand or stand mixer until soft peaks form.

- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture in batches until smooth and fully combined.
