Description

This Easy Lazy Lasagna recipe is a fast, family-friendly dinner made with just 4 ingredients—frozen ravioli, marinara, and cheese—delivering classic lasagna flavor with minimal effort and cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli (or beef-filled)
  • 3 cups marinara or pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes
  • Cooked ground beef or sausage
  • Sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the bottom of the dish.

  3. Add a single layer of frozen ravioli. Top with more marinara sauce and a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.

  4. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.


Notes

  • No need to thaw the ravioli—add straight from frozen.
  • For a crispier cheese topping, broil the lasagna for 2–3 minutes after baking.
