Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, shredded or diced
- 1–2 ripe avocados, sliced or mashed
- 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins:
- Diced tomatoes
- Red onion
- Corn
- Black beans
- Jalapeños
Instructions

Lay out tortillas and spread a spoonful of ranch dressing in the center of each.
