Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or penne)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

For the Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place chicken in the baking dish. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the top of each piece.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.

For the Pasta:

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth.
  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve pasta with baked Caesar chicken, sliced or whole.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for a juicier option.
  • Add lemon zest to the dressing for brightness.
  • Toss steamed broccoli or spinach into the pasta for added greens.
  • Top chicken with breadcrumbs before baking for crunch.
  • Reheat pasta with a splash of milk or cream to maintain texture.
