Ingredients
- Pasta Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes

- Filling:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Make Pasta Crust: Mix cooked pasta with eggs, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Press into a greased 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
- Make Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare Cheese Filling: Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble Pie: Spread cheese mixture over pasta crust. Top with meat sauce and spread evenly.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
