Deep-Fried S’mores are a decadent twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate sandwiched between graham crackers, dipped in batter, and fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 8 graham crackers, broken into 16 squares
- 8 large marshmallows
- 8 chocolate squares or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Assemble mini s’mores by sandwiching a marshmallow and a chocolate square between two graham cracker halves.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in milk, egg, and vanilla to make a thick batter.
- Dip each s’more into the batter, coating completely.
- Carefully fry in hot oil for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

- Substitute peanut butter cups or caramel-filled chocolates for a fun variation.
